1. Text translation
| Send the text you want us to translate by email, fax or post and
get the translation in the form you prefer. When ordering the translation of
a web site, the following factors should be kept in mind. Every web page
contains the text which you can see on the screen when the page is opened
with a web browser, as well as bits of text which are not visible but very
important for the search engines. These bits of text are the keywords,
the description, alternate text for images (these are pictures on the web page),
and some other fragments of the HTML file (an HTML file is a text file
kept on a server computer which is read by a user's Internet browser as
a web page). We shall translate all the parts of the original file necessary
for composition of a translated version of the web page. |
2. Making an HTML file
| Once the text translation of a web page is done, we make a translated
copy of the original HTML file. We guarantee that the translated web page
will look exactly as the original page and will be completely functional,
in the same way as the original. The images with text (buttons, for example)
will also be "translated"; in other words we shall make copies of the images
with the text translated. We shall deliver to you the translated HTML file,
as well as translated image files when necessary, in the ready-to-upload
state. |
3. Promotion
| If you want other people to be able to find your web page on the Internet,
you have to register your page with the search engines. We can do this for
you after you upload a new HTML file to your server. We can submit your
page manually (that is the best way!) to 9 major
search engines and report the results to you. Then we can
submit your page automatically to hundreds of search
engines, link engines and directories. |
4. Making the gateway pages.
| You can dramatically increase traffic to your web site if you register
a number of so-called gateway pages with the search engines. The gateway pages
are linked to the main page and are specially designed to have a high search
placement for 1 or 2 specific keywords. For example, if your main web
page has 10 keywords, you can create 10 gateway pages, one for each keyword.
If you wish, you can create 20 gateway pages, two per a keyword - one with
the keyword written in lower case and one in upper case. You also can
create gateway pages for singular and for plural forms of a noun keyword.
Or you can vary slightly the description in different gateway pages. Or the
order of the keywords... Really, it is only your imagination that puts
a limit on the number of possible gateway pages. The more pages linked to
your main page are listed with the search engines, the higher traffic your
web site will have. We can create as many gateway pages as you want for your
any web page in both English and French, and we shall list all the gate
pages we make for you with the search engines (after you upload them). |
5. Interpreter Service.
